Insolvency Lawyer (Non-Contentious) - Senior Associate

You will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a non-contentious insolvency lawyer.

You will act for insolvency practitioners rather than banks. The other team of the group (the contentious side) act for the Banks.

The Partner you will work with has specialised experience in corporate recovery and reconstruction of insolvent enterprises acting for financial institutions and voluntary administrators, receivers, provisional liquidators and trustees.
