Finance Lawyer, Senior Associate

Scope for partnership

As a Finance lawyer you will be able to experience a wide range of fund-raising and financing transactions (acting for borrowers), sophisticated listed corporate clients and banks.

Your work will include advising, drafting and negotiating with major national and international law firms on:-

corporate loan facilities, construction facilities and acquisition facilities;
ISDA documents (the firm is an ISDA member);
debt capital market issues;
structured wholesale and retail products;
potentially some project finance

This finance practice has expanded quickly over the last few years and this will enable you to have the opportunity to work in a healthy developing finance practice.
