The steady increase in demand for alternative dispute resolution services is an inevitable consequence of the mammoth commercial and infrastructure investment that has taken place throughout the Middle East in recent years.
Cairo is emerging as a key location for International Arbitrations through its reputation as North Africa’s pre-eminent legal system, and this fast growing firm is seeking to add balance to its ranks through a couple of mid/senior level hires to concentrate on either construction or non-construction arbitrations.
The ideal candidates will have some experience of international arbitration, although UK qualified lawyers from purely contentious backgrounds without any IA exposure to date are welcome.
